October has been just a beautiful month and Papa’s has done some wonderful catering jobs at Savannah and Tybee locations. We have served our great pit cooked BBQ with Chicken Fingers, Low Country Boil with fresh local Shrimp caught by Shrimper Brian Anderson and Oyster Roasts using Florida Oysters. Customers have been flocking to our Restaurant for the Fall specials including Papa’s Oktoberfest special, Usinger’s Bratwurst, Sauerkraut with caraway and apples and our homemade German Potato Salad. We are getting geared up for Halloween, the Rock n’ Roll Marathon and the Holidays. Don’t forget all the great games to come and let us help you feed the group some BBQ, Seafood and Wings. Let us help you plan menus and portions. We figure 4 people to the pound or pint of BBQ and Sides. That should get you started and we can help with rest. Just get out there.
